V. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the item you receive falls under any of the following categories:

Upon verification, we will arrange the exchange within 1–3 business days.

Upon confirmation, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Neural N Princess LLC.

VII. Inspection of Returned Items
